1. Prepare the surface
Clean thoroughly to remove all dust, grease and contaminants. For glossy, sealed or very smooth substrates, lightly sand and consider a suitable primer if needed.
2. Apply Super GILD Burnt Copper
Stir gently. Use a quality brush, mini roller or sponge to apply a thin, even coat. Work in the direction of the grain on wood or follow the shape of mouldings and details for a refined finish.
3. Build the finish
Allow the first coat to dry for at least one hour. Apply a second coat where a smoother, more mirror like copper finish is desired, particularly on larger flat areas.
4. Optional protection
Super GILD Burnt Copper is formulated as an all in one finish. For high traffic surfaces, handles or table tops, our Guild Lane Gloss Top Coat can be applied once the paint is fully dry.
We charge a flat rate for standard shipping of £5.99 per order for postage and packaging shipments to Mainland UK. For express shipping, we charge a flat rate of £7.99 per order.
For standard shipping, we aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. For express shipping we aim for 1-2 working days, depending on destination.
Orders received by 1pm during standard business days will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm, or over the weekend, will be processed the following business day.
