Shipping policy

UK & Ireland Delivery

United Kingdom
We charge a flat rate for standard shipping of £5.99 per order for postage and packaging shipments to Mainland UK. For express shipping, we charge a flat rate of £7.99 per order. 
Channel Islands & Isle of Man
For deliveries to Channel Islands & Isle of Man we offer standard delivery at £19.99 estimated within 4-5 working days.
Republic of Ireland
For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland we offer standard delivery at £19.35 estimated within 5-11 working days.


For standard shipping, we aim to deliver orders within 4-5 working days of receiving your order. For express shipping we aim for 1-2 working days*, depending on destination.

Orders received by 2pm during standard working days will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm, or over the weekend, will be processed the following working day.  

European Delivery

We offer a tracked international delivery service to select European destinations including: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Delivery times and costs may vary depending on destination and weight of your cart. Standard delivery to Europe begins at £9.65.  Standard delivery times typically range from
5-11 days, and Express delivery from 2-7 days. Customs and duties are not pre-paid and may be charged on entry.

International Delivery

Canada | Israel | Mexico | Australia

Depending on order weight, delivery to some regions may not be available. Delivery times range from 5 - 17 days. Customs and duties are not pre-paid and may be charged on entry.

*Please note that Guild Lane is not responsible for courier delays, we aim to ship all orders placed by 2pm on working days, the same day. Our warehouse and offices are closed on bank holidays with limited service between Christmas and New Year.

Temporary Suspension of U.S. Deliveries

We have temporarily suspended orders to the United States due to ongoing U.S. customs clearance issues affecting UK shipments.

Recent changes to import processing and fee collection have resulted in parcels being returned undelivered, even when dispatched correctly. We’re working with our carriers to resolve this and will reinstate U.S. deliveries as soon as we can ensure smooth service.
