Yes, as soon as your order is on its way, we will send you a dispatch email complete with a tracking number and portal link. Occasionally, there may be a short delay before the direct link becomes active. For the most immediate status updates, you can copy your tracking number and paste it directly into the courier's official portal.

We ship to the UK and Ireland, including Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary, and deliveries to remote areas of Scotland and Ireland may exceed estimated delivery times.

We offer tracked international delivery to over 25 European countries, including: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

We also ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, Israel and the United States.

All relevant customs, import duties, and carrier clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that international import regulations vary by country. For example, while countries like Australia and Israel utilise a 'de minimis' threshold for tax-free imports, the United States requires customs processing and carrier clearance fees on all commercial imports regardless of the order value. For any questions regarding your local border fees, please check with your respective customs authority or preferred courier portal.

For express delivery we use DPD. For standard delivery in the UK we use Royal Mail Tracked Services.

Please be advised that we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been dispatched. However, if your order was placed recently, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at 01622 854 300, and we will do our best to cancel it before it leaves our facility. Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges; if you require a different item, a new order will need to be placed.
