Orders placed by 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.
United States
US orders are fulfilled by Amazon from our stock held in the US, so there are no customs charges or import duties to pay on delivery.
- Standard: $8.95, or free on orders of $75 and over. Usually 3–5 business days.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands: $19.95, usually 5–8 business days.
- We can’t currently deliver to American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands or APO/FPO addresses.
You’ll receive tracking by email from Amazon (sent via Swiship, Amazon’s delivery tracking service) when your order ships. Some products aren’t available in the US yet, and these are marked on the product page.
Europe
Tracked delivery to Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. From £11.95, depending on destination and the weight of your order, usually 5–11 working days.
Rest of the world
Canada, Israel, Mexico and Australia, depending on destination and order weight, usually 5–17 working days. Delivery may not be available for heavier orders.
Customs and duties (outside the UK and US)
Orders shipped outside the UK and the US are sent without duties prepaid, so customs charges may be payable on delivery.
Guild Lane isn’t responsible for courier delays. Our warehouse is closed on bank holidays, with a limited service between Christmas and New Year.
