Return Rules
We offer a 30-day returns policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
As our paints and finishes are made for application, we’re unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not provide return labels. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us straight away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll always work with you to resolve this quickly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Due to shipping regulations, we cannot accept returns for certain items, including hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We’re also unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the simplest way is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, this will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process this.
