1. Prepare the surface
Clean away dust, dirt, grease and residue. For glossy, sealed or particularly smooth surfaces, lightly sand and consider using a suitable primer for best adhesion.
2. Apply Super GILD Gold
Stir gently. Apply with a brush, mini roller or sponge. For a silky, even metallic finish, work in smooth, consistent strokes. For a more textured, artisanal look, use a stippling or dabbing motion.
3. Build the finish
Apply one coat and allow to dry for at least one hour. If needed, apply a second coat for an ultra smooth, continuous metallic surface with increased depth and luminosity.
4. Optional protection
Super GILD Platinum has an all in one formulation and does not need sealing for most decorative projects. For surfaces that will be handled frequently or exposed to wear, our Guild Lane Gloss Top Coat can be applied once the paint is fully dry.

For standard shipping, we aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. For express shipping we aim for 1-2 working days, depending on destination.

Suitable Surfaces
Super GILD Platinum can be used on wood, metal, glass, stone, leather, plaster, ceramic, paper, plastic, resin and many other porous and non porous surfaces. It is suitable for both interior and exterior projects, from furniture and cabinetry to frames, mouldings and decorative accents.
Surfaces must be clean and dry. Lightly sand or prime very smooth, glossy or previously sealed surfaces to help the paint key to the surface.
