It has a semi-viscous flow with exceptional coverage that produces a vibrant, lustrous, tarnish-free finish. It is ideal for use on a variety of non-porous surfaces, including coated paper, hardwood, glass, metal, glazed ceramic, and plastics. For porous surfaces, GILD originals require a primer to maintain accurate colour consistency and ensure the best results. Perfect for gilding frames, detailing furniture, figurines, scale models, signs, holiday crafts, costume detailing, and much more.
Application Instructions
- Stir very well before each use
- Apply with a brush, roller, or sponge
- Dries to touch in 30 minutes, ready for recoating in 1 hour
- Two coats are recommended on most surfaces
- Can be diluted up to 10%
- Wash brushes with warm water
