Premium British-made acrylic enamel gilding paint, suitable inside and out, with no topcoat required.
Coverage depends on surface porosity, texture and colour choice. Drying times are quoted at 20°C in normal humidity.
Clean thoroughly and make sure the surface is dry. Lightly sand anything very smooth or glossy. A primer is only needed where adhesion is difficult.
Stir well first. Use a brush, roller or sponge and apply thin, even coats. The formula flows out smoothly as it dries.
One coat gives strong coverage. A second gives the smoothest, most luxurious metallic finish. Touch dry in 30 minutes, ready to recoat after two hours.
Super GILD keeps hardening after it looks dry, reaching full cure at 21 days. Use the piece gently until then.
The all-in-one formula needs no wax or sealer, indoors or out. On high-traffic surfaces a clear gloss topcoat helps maintain the lustre.
